Situation Overview
At approximately 2215 EST, Chaosyysss organized the team for a Carnite recovery engagement in support of Wikelo ships and crafting. Operators ExoSpec, A1dqn, VizFact, Civalo, Apophis, and Nater Tots answered the call.
Because Chaosyysss coordinated the team and organized the run, he served as the engagement lead for this specific engagement.
The engagement was staged from Seraphim Station, with the AO focused on the Daymar Lamina PAFs and OLP site. This engagement marked Chaosyysss’ first time leading a full Savy NEAL engagement.
Operator Civalo was first on scene and conducted initial scouting of the AO. Civalo confirmed that PAF I was already aligned, reducing the number of sites that needed to be actively secured and aligned by the team. Chief VizFact also confirmed he had one required battery in his possession and agreed to bring the battery and two GEOs to the AO.
After planning and coordination, the NEALs were split into two teams.
Team 1: Chaosyysss, ExoSpec, and Nater Tots
Tasking: Secure and align PAF II
Team 2: Civalo, A1dqn, Apophis, and VizFact
Tasking: Secure and align PAF III
At 2215 EST, Chaosyysss gave the green light, and all Savy NEAL operators began their assigned tasks.
Phase One: Securing and Aligning PAF II
Team 1 moved to secure PAF II. Operators Chaosyysss and Nater Tots cleared the west buildings while Operator ExoSpec secured the east buildings. After the outer structures were cleared, the team regrouped at the central facility and began clearing the main site.
Team 1 was able to quickly and effectively secure PAF II, eliminating all hostile forces with zero friendly casualties. During the sweep, the team acquired all three red keycards and multiple blue keycards. All secure rooms within the main facility were opened, cleared, and looted.
The team also recovered a Size 1 Grade A Military Cooler. All keycards, the battery, and recovered equipment were extracted to the Asgard. With PAF II secured and aligned, Team 1 exfilled and moved to support Team 2 at PAF III.
Phase Two: Securing and Aligning PAF III
At the same time, Team 2 began its assault on PAF III. Chief VizFact, Operator A1dqn and Operator Civalo moved onto the site and began a structured clearing pattern.
Team 2 opened the engagement by securing the northern structures, then worked clockwise through the site to prevent hostile forces from regrouping or flanking the team. The team maintained strong spacing, controlled their angles, and cleared each building with tactical discipline. Hostile forces were neutralized across the site, allowing Team 2 to secure all three red keycards and multiple blue keycards.
Team 1 arrived while Team 2 was finishing the remaining buildings.
Due to high ATC demand at both Seraphim Station and Everus Harbor, Operator Apophis arrived at the AO while the team was securing the third red keycard at PAF III. During arrival, a faulty QT disengage lever caused Apophis’ Cutlass Black to enter the AO at extreme speed. The Cutlass struck the PAF III antenna, shearing off the rear starboard engine. Thanks to quick piloting, Apophis was able to safely set the ship down near the site. However, the Cutlass was no longer combat effective for the remainder of the engagement.
This was not the only equipment failure during the engagement. Shortly before the start of the engagement, Civalo’s F8C was lost when the left wing elevator jammed, causing a collision with the facility. Civalo was able to safely put the craft down, but the F8C was lost.
After Team 1 rallied at PAF III to begin loot and equipment transfer, ExoSpec’s Sentinel suffered a computer timing glitch that removed flight control capability. The fighter flew directly into a mountain, resulting in the loss of both craft and operator. Due to strong engagement planning, all operators had respawns set at Seraphim Station, allowing for fast redeployment and minimal impact to the overall engagement timeline.
With PAF III secure, all batteries acquired, and alignment blades in place, the teams regrouped and moved into the next phase of the engagement: securing the OLP station.
Phase Three: Securing the OLP Station
After PAF II and PAF III were secured and aligned, the original teams were dissolved and reformed into specialized task groups.
Air Cover: Nater Tots, ExoSpec, A1dqn
Tasking: Eliminate hostile craft around the OLP station and provide air cover for the assault team.
Assault Team: Chaosyysss, Apophis
Tasking: Secure the OLP station, eliminate hostile forces, install all batteries, and acquire the activation keycard.
Ground Team: VizFact, Civalo
Tasking: Secure and defend the ground control building to prevent hostile forces from entering the site.
Chaosyysss issued the go command. The Air Cover team moved first and destroyed all hostile craft surrounding the OLP station. With the airspace cleared, the Assault Team began its approach.
At this point, ExoSpec landed on the station and joined the Assault Team. ExoSpec and Apophis fought through the station, eliminating hostile forces with maximum effect while Chaosyysss installed the required batteries.
Meanwhile, VizFact and Civalo arrived at the ground control building and found no hostiles on site. Using the pause in ground activity, Civalo returned to Seraphim Station to recall a new F8C while VizFact maintained security at the control building.
While the final batteries were being installed, A1dqn and Nater Tots identified an unknown M80 arriving at PAF I. A1dqn observed the pilot exit the ship and enter the main facility. Due to unknown intent and proximity to the engagement area, the order was given to disable the M80.
Nater Tots opened fire, disabled the power plant, and removed both wings from the craft. The M80 was later observed attempting to exit the AO in a death spin. It is assessed that the pilot crashed shortly after.
With the OLP station secured, all batteries installed, and the activation card acquired, the team moved into the final phase of the engagement.
Phase Four: OLP Activation and Mining
All operators rallied at the Command Center. On the go order from Chaosyysss, the team initiated the laser and opened the cave.
With the cave open, the 45-minute timer began.
The teams were dissolved and reformed again for the mining phase.
Insertion Team: VizFact, Chaosyysss, Civalo
Tasking: Enter the cave with GEOs and recover Carnite and other gems.
Polaris Team: A1dqn, Apophis
Tasking: Provide air cover and remain ready to deliver the backup GEO if needed.
Air Cover: ExoSpec, Nater Tots
Tasking: Maintain air superiority and enforce a no-fly zone around the AO for all non-NEAL craft. Remain on standby to assist the Insertion Team if needed.
The Insertion Team entered the cave quickly with the GEOs and began gem extraction. However, due to a software glitch with the GEOs, the MFDs displayed incorrect temperature data on the rocks being mined. This resulted in a rock explosion that incapacitated every member of the Insertion Team and disabled both GEOs.
The NEALs reacted quickly. The Polaris Team moved in to transfer the backup GEO and provide medical support, while ExoSpec also moved in to assist. Within a short window, the Insertion Team was revived, stabilized, and back on their feet. The backup GEO was deployed and mining resumed.
VizFact set course back to Seraphim Station to return with two additional GEOs. This decision proved to be the correct call.
As unfortunately, the backup GEO suffered a separate equipment failure. Due to multiple loose manufacturer screws, the mining attachment detached while aboard the Polaris. Despite multiple attempts to reinstall the attachment, the backup GEO was disabled for the remainder of the engagement.
VizFact returned to the site with two GEOs and approximately 25 minutes remaining on the clock. The replacement GEOs were deployed to the cave, and extraction resumed.
However, due to another MFD temperature glitch, a second Carnite rock exploded, once again incapacitating the Insertion Team and disabling all remaining GEOs.
With approximately 15 minutes left on the cave timer, the order was given to exfil and regroup at Seraphim Station. All NEAL operators successfully exfilled the AO with the acquired gems.

Executive Summary
The Daymar Lamina Align and Mine engagement was a successful multi-phase Savy NEAL action organized and led by Chaosyysss for this specific run. The engagement required the team to secure and align PAF II and PAF III, activate the OLP site, open the mining cave, and recover crafting materials under a strict 45-minute cave timer.
The team encountered multiple equipment failures throughout the engagement, including the loss of Civalo’s F8C, the disabling of Apophis’ Cutlass Black, the loss of ExoSpec’s Sentinel, repeated GEO failures, and multiple mining-related explosions caused by faulty MFD temperature readings. Despite these setbacks, the team maintained control of the AO, completed the required alignment and activation objectives, and safely extracted all operators.
The engagement demonstrated strong planning, rapid redeployment discipline, effective team restructuring, and solid tactical response under pressure. While the total gem recovery was limited by GEO and mining system failures, the NEALs successfully completed the Align and Mine objective, refined their approach for future engagements, and recovered 17 Jaclium, 10 Carnite, 6 Savrilium, and 4 Hadirite for the organization.
